The 5th Annual International PhD Conference in International Development will take place on Monday 5 and Tuesday 6 September 2016 at the School of International Development (DEV) at the University of East Anglia (UEA).

We invite current or recently-graduated PhD students working within the broadly-defined tradition of development studies to submit 300 word abstracts for poster or paper presentations on any contemporary theme within social, economic, political, and natural resources development. We also invite papers for two special sessions on global environmental justice and water security.
